Tuesday:

6am, 7am, 8am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wednesday:

6am, 7am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Thursday:

6am, 7am, 8am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday (just this week):

5am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm

Saturday:

7am, 8am, 9am, 10am

Please send me a text/Instagram DM when you are planning to be training this week so that I can plan for your athlete and know when they will be training.
